Return Service

Users can apply for a free return if the product is unopened, unactivated, or unused, and the packaging and accessories are intact within thirty (30) days of the valid proofof purchase, original receipt or invoice or delivery date (if the delivery date is later than the purchase date).

Users can contact the Mammotion after-sales service team to request a return and refund service if the product has a manufacturing defect or a problem caused by Mammotionwithin thirty days of purchase. We will bear the return shipping costs.

If customers require a free return or the products received are damaged or incorrect due to Mammotion reasons, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee.
