How do I back up my map to the cloud

If, after troubleshooting, our after-sales team confirms that your device requires repair, you can follow the instructions below to back up your map to the cloud.

During the repair process, the map data may be deleted. We recommend backing up the map before sending the device for repair, so it can be restored with one click if needed, avoiding the need to remap the area.

Our App now offers a Cloud Backup feature for storing maps online. Please note that Cloud Backup is not automatic — you need to initiate it manually.

Path of backing up the map : Me → Cloud Backup → Tap “+” → Select the robot → Name the map and tap "Confirm"

If a map is accidentally deleted, you can restore it via Restore Now in the Cloud Backup menu.

Path of restoring the map: Me → Cloud Backup → Select the map→ tap "Restore"

Note:
  • LUBA 1 does not currently support the map backup function.

  • If you have installed an RTK base station, please ensure its position has not been changed. If the RTK base station has been moved, the map will still need to be redrawn.

  • If your model is not LUBA 1 but the map cannot be backed up successfully, please check whether the firmware is updated to the latest version. If it is already the latest version and the backup still fails, please contact us for further assistance.

  • Currently, the following models do not support cloud map backup:
    • LUBA 3 AWD series
    • LUBA mini 2 AWD series
    • YUKA mini 2 series
