How to check the device name
The device name can usually be found in the app once the device is bound to the app. It is typically in the format Luba-XXXXXXXX or Yuka-XXXXXXXX. Please refer to the image below for reference.
How to submit device logs
You can upload device logs using one of the following methods:
Method 1:
- Click the Settings icon, go to the Settings page
- Tap Upload Logs and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process
Method 2:
- Go to Me > Upload Logs
- Select the robot, tap the device name to enter the Upload Logs page
- Complete the required information and tap Submit
How to submit app logs
You can upload app logs in the Mammotion app by following these steps:
- Go to Me > Upload Logs
- Tap “Upload app logs only”
- Complete the required information and tap Submit
