USB Feedback Tool for LUBA 1
This tool is only for LUBA 1. It is the alternative tool for the Log-feedback feature on the Mammotion App. You can connect Luba to your computer with a USB cable and then send the log files.
You'll use the USB-C port at the rear of the car.
1. Connect Luba to your computer with a USB cable. You'll use the USB-C port at the rear of the car.
2. Please select the correct COM connection and Open it.
3. Could you select the time when the problem happened?
4. Describe the problem in several words.
5. Select the photos, screenshots, or videos.
6. Input your Mammotion App account and Password.
7. Click the Submit Log button to submit the information.
